Drive to 3000 NE 6th Ave and pull up to the call box at the vehicle gate, off 6th Avenue. Scan your visitor pass or enter your code — no code? Press ← and call Marx (501) to be buzzed in.
No code? Call the help lineWhen the gate opens, drive in. Our building is the first on the right — park in any open spot.
Walk into the open 3000 breezeway (no door), past the mailboxes — turn right, then left — to the elevator. Take it up and press 5.
Off the elevator, turn right, then right again, and walk to the end of the hall.
My door is at the end — 501 (name Marx). Welcome!

Use the main leasing-office entrance on 6th Ave (outside the gate). You'll know it: “3000” above the doors, BLYS on the glass and the mat. The call box is on the right.
Find Marx in the directory (Apt 501) and call up — or scan your visitor pass.
